Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Instructions

Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, including for:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank as there may be a processing delay on their end.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if your item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at [email protected] and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the value of the return. After we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
