Order Confirmation & Shipping Process

When you place an order with Doralessi Shop, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. After your order is shipped, we will send you a follow-up email containing the tracking information for your shipment. During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page to tailor the delivery experience to your needs.

Order Processing Time

We process orders from Monday to Friday, and typically, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days before being shipped. Please note that we are closed on weekends, which may cause a delay in processing. In cases of high demand, processing times may exceed 2 business days. If there is an issue with your payment or if your address information is incomplete, your order may be delayed until the necessary corrections are made.

Estimated Shipping Time

Your total delivery time is calculated from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep. The total delivery time consists of two components: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

  • Processing Time (1-2 business days): This is the time taken to prepare your items for shipment, which includes packing, quality checks, and ensuring your items are ready to leave the warehouse.
  • Shipping Time (7-12 business days): This is the time it takes for your items to travel from our warehouse to your shipping destination.

Order Cutoff Time: 11:00 PM (local time)

Shipping Fees:

  • Continental US: Standard Shipping: $5.99 for all items
  • Rest of World: Standard Shipping: $11.99 for all items

Estimated Shipping Times by Location:

  • United States: 7-12 business days
  • Canada, Europe: 10-25 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 12-25 business days
  • Rest of World: 15-35 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 days, please contact us for assistance. Keep in mind, it may take 2-5 business days for tracking data to appear in the carrier’s system. If your tracking information hasn’t updated within 5 days of placing the order, please reach out to our customer support team for help.

Important Note:

Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate and complete. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you for an update, which could result in a delay.

Change in Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email us at [email protected] to request the address change.

Shipping Restrictions

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address, including apartment numbers and detailed location information. If you notice any issues with your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist with making corrections. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, we will provide you with the shipping carrier’s contact information to assist you in correcting the address. To minimize shipping costs, we use a one-way shipping service. If a package is returned to the sender, it may not be returned directly to our warehouse but instead to the shipping agency’s storage. Please note, we cannot issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • The package fails to be delivered after multiple attempts by the carrier.
  • You refuse delivery of the package.
  • The package is undelivered due to an issue with the address provided.
  • The tracking update shows the package as successfully delivered, but you claim non-receipt.

If your package is confirmed lost or missing, we will provide the carrier’s tracking information for you to follow up directly.

Taxes & Duties

Import duties, taxes, and local charges are not included in the price of the items or the shipping cost. Doralessi Shop is not responsible for the payment or reporting of taxes. These charges vary depending on the country, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to handle them. All orders made through Doralessi Shop are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Import taxes and duties are not covered by us but will be invoiced by the shipping carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for an estimate of any additional fees.
